Immunizations - Vaccines

To be eligible to receive vaccines with us, a child must have no insurance, on a Minnesota Health Care Program such as Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare and/or Prepaid Medical Assistance Plan or American Indian/Alaskan Native. Click one of the following links for more information:

There is a $21.00 administration fee for each vaccine, however no child will be denied vaccines due to inability to pay.

Vaccines Offered:
  • HepB: protects against hepatitis B
  • HepA: protects against hepatitis A
  • DTaP/Tdap: a combined vaccine that protects against diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (whooping cough)
  • Td booster: protects against tetanus, needed every ten years
  • Hib: protects against Haemophilus influenza Type b
  • PCV: protects against pediatric pneumococcal disease
  • Polio: protects against polio, the vaccine is also known as IPV
  • MMR: protects against measles, mumps, and rubella (German measles)
  • Meningococcal: protects against meningococcal disease (meningitis)
  • Varicella: protects against varicella, also known as chickenpox
  • HPV: protects against human Papillomavirus
  • Seasonal Influenza: protects against influenza (flu) - See Note Below
  • COVID vaccine: protects against COVID-19 virus - See Note Below
NOTE - The last two vaccines listed may not always be available.  Ask about them when scheduling an appointment.
